The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for both sending and return shipping costs, If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Eventhough the item is labelled as "free shipping", buyers are still responsible for both sending and return shipping costs.
I only accept PAYPAL.
Package will be sent from Jakarta, Indonesia.

I do combine shipping.
The shipping cost shown for your country is for the first item only - the cost is discounted when you buy more than one item. To see costs for multiple items, go to your cart for combined shipping.

Small item under $6 will be sent with "small package" air mail so tracking is not possible and there is no insurance.

Other items (above $6) will be shipped with REGISTERED air mail (WITH TRACKING NUMBER, but NO insurance). EMS (express mail service) is also available upon request. However, the cost is very high. Pls convo/ contact me for more detail.

DELIVERY TIME is about 2 – 4 weeks (depends on destination). In some cases could take longer (due to custom clearance, etc). So, pls be patient. If you do not receive the package after 4 weeks, pls contact me, so we can work it out.

I ship 2-3 times a week. I will send notification to you after I ship your package so you know it is on the way.
I do not ship on holidays (Saturday, Sunday, and national holidays in Indonesia) because the post office is closed.
For your reference, Indonesia time is 12 hours ahead than New York time.

Items will be shipped only after payment has cleared. Pls note that eCheck requires 3-5 business days to clear. You will receive notification once package shipped.

I do COMBINE SHIPPING. Should there be any over charges to the shipping fee, I’ll refund the balance to your paypal (after I send the package). You do not need to wait for revised invoice, just pay as usual, and I’ll refund the excess amount.

Otherwise mentioned, I will ship your items to your ETSY ADDRESS. Pls make sure that your etsy address is correct and complete.

I do not responsible for any CUSTOM DUTIES & fees that might occur in your country. Pls contact your local post office to get information about that (each country has a different regulation about that).

I do not responsible for any items that are lost or damaged during transit. Although I will do my best to resolve any issues.

I always carefully pack the items. Often I use new material to wrap the items. However, I may also use recycled materials to pack them.
