Thank you for visiting my store. I am a self-representing artist handcrafting flameworked glass beads. All glass beads offered for sale are handcrafted by me in my home studio in France using Italian, German and American glass. All my beads are digitally kiln-annealed for durability and bead holes cleaned.

Registered with SRA, SRAJD and a member of ISGB and GBUK.

Returns and exchanges
If you are not happy with your purchase you can return it to us within 7 days of receipt. We are happy to rectify any problems you may have. We will offer a full refund, provided it arrives back with us as well packaged as it was when sent to you and is in a re-saleable condition. Please note we are unable to exchange or refund earrings due to hygiene reasons.

If you would like to cancel an order please notify us as soon as possible quoting the names of products purchased. If the item has already been dispatched you will be charged the full postage and packaging fee. When returning an item please include a copy of the invoice or a detailed list of the names of products purchased. Until the item reaches us it remains your responsibility. We therefore suggest you use a postal service which will insure you for the value of the items.
We are sorry but we cannot refund any postage costs.
Payment is by PayPal only.

Variation to and termination of content:
billiejeanlittle has the right to amend and/or withdraw the content of this store at any time and without prior notice. This includes pricing and postage.

No contract of sale between billiejeanlittle and you exists until full payment via Paypal has been accepted and all funds cleared. If there is a problem with your order you will be notified via email as soon as possible.

We aim to represent each item for sale as accurately as possible regarding detailed descriptions, measurements and a range of photography styles. Every effort is made to provide you with images which are a good representation of the products. Please be aware that colours of actual products may differ slightly from on-screen colours as monitor settings vary from computer to computer.

We never disclose customer information to third parties. However, we will only disclose your details to third parties for the purpose of processing and delivering your order, such as courier services.

Information collected by us to process your order includes name, address, telephone number and email address. As your credit/debit/online payments are received via Paypal we never have access to your credit/debit card details.
We send all our products to you using the best postal method for that item, usually AirMail Europe (or International Airmail if you are located outside of the EU). An insured postal option is also available (Colissimo/Colissimo International). Please contact us before paying as this will be an additional cost. Items are posted Monday to Friday only. We aim to process and post out your order within 2 working days.

Please allow 5 to 10 business days for items to arrive to European destinations following confirmation of dispatch. Items dispatched to the USA and Rest of World should allow 10 to 15 business days. Public holidays may, unfortunately, lengthen this delivery time.
