I do handmade chain, chainmaille. I am a one person workshop. I try to make every piece something that will last, and be treasured, and I stand by my work.

EDIT: refunds are available, but please, if you buy and change your mind, contact me. I can't afford to do refunds as a rule. Custom orders as a rule, can't be refunded if I've had to order specific material.

If Items are damaged or lost in shipping, a replacement can be sent. I am not able to cover loss of jewelery from day to day use.
I take paypal, and money order.

You can cancel a sale any time up to payment, easily. Just send an email.

After payment, sales are typically final, but if it's just not right, I will do store credit as long as the piece is returned in sale-able condition, or refund if you contact me before shipping.
I am in Canada, and we use Canada Post regular mail service. Tracking and insurance is not offered on this regular service, and it's costly to use for all, but if you need it, we will upgrade to insured and tracked if you wish to pay the difference.

For couriered parcels, we use fedex, and recommend this for large orders.

Shipping by regular mail in canada can take 5-10 business days in North America, and a bit longer everywhere else. Sometimes it arrives sooner, sometimes a bit later, but on average, expect 5-10 business days.

You, the customer are responsible for customs fees in the country of destination.

Repairs are free. Just send it back ( at your cost) and I'll fix it and ship it back at my expense.
