The item itself is really great, just what i wanted. A little bit slow at coming through but it wasnt an issue and the seller got back to me to sort it out.

After a month of multiple messages, an etsy and pay pal dispute, it didnt arrive. Gutted as it looks like it could be quite nice.

Payment
If you wish to purchase my jewelry, then please be aware that you will be bound by these terms:

i) Your item(s) will be created and shipped as soon as your payment has cleared.

ii) I accept payment via Paypal only. I will not accept cheques, credit/debit cards, Postal Orders or direct bank transfers for security reasons.

Shipping
Please get in touch if you wish to have your goods sent via recorded delivery or require Insurance on your items whilst in transit. This may incur an extra cost which is passed on from the Third party Postal/Courier/Insurance company.

Insurance is not offered as standard, neither is enhanced liability. In the event of a delay in shipping your goods, I will get in touch to advise an approximate ETA, though I cannot be held liable for any delays in customs in the destination country, as this is completely out of my control.

Please also note that payment of customs duty fees (when shipping internationally) is the buyers responsibility, not the seller. As the seller, I cannot be held responsible for any fee's your residential country choose to pass onto you. It is your sole responsibility to be aware of any customs/import taxes for your country, and to pay this yourself should you be charged.

Please note that I can split parcels to help buyers avoid paying large amounts of tax upon request but you will be liable for paying postage per individual package. However, please don't ask me to lie on customs forms, about the value, or to mark it as a gift. It's breaking the law, and could get us both in lots of trouble.


The following terms also apply:

i) Please allow approximately 7-10 working days for shipping within the UK. This time includes my time and labour for making the jewelry as well as shipping time. Please allow up to 28 Business Days if ordering from outside the UK (EU, US, AUS and Asia).

ii) In the event of a delay in shipping the goods, I will contact you to advise an approximate date as to when you can expect the goods.

iii) If you wish to cancel your order once payment has cleared, then please ensure that you contact me within 24 hours of placing your order so that I can cancel this for you. If payment has been taken, then I will refund the full amount.

iv) Jewellery such as earrings are non-refundable once shipped and delivered for hygiene reasons.

v) Other items of jewellery (for example, but not limited to) necklaces, bracelets and rings are subject to a 14 day return policy. If you're unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please get in touch with me via Etsy's messaging system, and I will be happy to arrange a return for refund, or exchange with you. If the item is defective, please get in touch within 28 Business days. After this time period has lapsed, I will no longer be liable for any fault or damaged as it will be deemed as user error and no refund, credit or replacement will be offered.

Refunds and Exchanges

iii) If in the event you receive goods which are damaged in transit (Packaging damaged/opened/in a condition which isn't acceptable), then please refuse the delivery and contact me via Etsy's messaging system immediately, so that I can log a claim with the courier and arrange for a refund or replacement to you once the refused goods have been received back with myself.

iv) If in the event the goods are not received when shipped (Lost shipment) then please contact me via Etsy's messaging system so I can log a lost shipment claim with the courier.
Please allow up to 30 days from the shipping date for your goods to arrive. It is likely that your goods may be held in customs or your local post office/sorting depot, so please make reasonable enquiries with them before leaving me any negative feedback, or raising a non-delivery claim with Etsy or Paypal.
