We offer refunds or exchanges for defective items. We reserve the right to inspect all returns to determine whether the goods are in fact defective.

INSURANCE: We do not insure items which are shipped. Please contact us if you would like to add shipping insurance.
CUSTOM ORDERS: Custom orders will take longer and we will notify you before shipment is made.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: For international orders, we are not responsible for import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. If the shipping charges are higher, we will notify you first and secure your approval and payment before shipment is made. We also are unable to track shipments unless you would like us to use UPS or FedEx (for an additional cost).
