I ordered an ivory veil, but I got it in and it was white. I messaged the seller asking if it could be exchanged on July 16, 2012 and have yet to get even a response over a month later. Waste of $50 for a veil that doesn't match my dress.

Most of my listed items are ready to ship. Some items are made to order. Please read the listing description carefully. All regular orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days (after a cleared payment is received) with the exception of special requests. For rush orders, please contact me for the lead time.

-Within USA
Regular orders: USPS first class mail or priority mail (3-5 business days) depending on the item weight.
Rush orders: FedEx 2nd air / OVERNIGHT shipping (1-2 business days).

-International Shipping:
Regular orders: USPS first class mail international (7-10 business days)

If you would like to purchase insurance or registered mail, please let me know ahead time and I can do this for an additional cost. I can not be held responsible for lost or stolen goods after I ship the items, so please consider shipping insurance and be sure that your "ship to" address is to a secure location.

***For International shipments, the buyer is responsible for all customs and duty charges. Please note that we do do not have any control over Customs fees and Duties, you must contact your local Customs Office for charges. Packages can be held at your local Customs Offices for days or weeks before the notice is sent out to you. We don't have any control over this. Please check with your local Customs Offices if you don't receive your package in normal delivery time to avoid any delay.

***All buyers are responsible for all shipping, returns and exchange shipping fees unless the merchandise has been mistakenly shipped.
Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the nature of the bridal business we cannot accept returns or exchanges. We will not sell any hair accessories that have been tried on or worn to a customer. If there is any problems with your order please convo us to see how we can help you. We want you to be happy with your purchase. We do not refund shipping costs.

-Wrong item:
We closely inspect every item that leaves us. If you receive the wrong item, please email us within 3 days of receiving your item. We will refund your shipping fee to cover the cost of shipping back and re-shipping from us.
