We accept payment via Paypal. If you do not have a paypal account you can still use your credit/debit card through Paypal. If you need help, please don't hesitate to get in touch.

Items can only be dispatched upon receipt of payment in full and in advance. Items are emailed to you in PDF format within 48 business working hours -  You will receive email confirmation when your order has been dispatched.

A list of materials needed and instructions are given with each PDF file you purchase.

Any customizations to existing designs NOT mentioned in the listing (including colour changes or text) incurs an additional fee. Please ask for a quote.

CUSTOMIZABLE Items: Can be customized digitally by you using FREE Adobe Readaer software. Please note that Adobe does not allow for font changes, and default font is Arial and CANNOT be changed.

The time it takes to complete and dispatch custom orders may vary depending on the items and the quantities required, so please ask at the time of ordering for more information.

As each item is unique and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
