Welcome to Birdhouse Accents. Our handmade birdhouses are ideal for any ocassion. We design all of our birdhouses and hand paint them individually. We are noted for our worn primitive look that we give each birdhouse and all are made with cleanouts. If you are looking for something unique, you have come to the right place.

Returns and exchanges

I gladly accept returns and exchanges

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery

Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

I don't accept cancellations

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Digital downloads
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Please if you have any problems with your order.

Returns and exchange details

We will refund your money back if you are not satisfied (less the shipping cost). If your package was damaged, we will be glad to send you another, once we have receive back the damaged package with contents. It is your responsibility for shipping costs when shipping the package back to us. Refunds will be issued after 30 days from date of purchase and claim has been filed to the carrier.

Once you purchase a birdhouse, please check out through etsy. Shipping is included when you check out.

Shipping

We ship our birdhouses to U.S. customers by USPS and UPS (depending on your location). We do ship to International buyers, please convo us with an address and we will be happy to look up shipping costs for you. Please note shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico will be at additional costs.

Additional policies and FAQs

We recycle whenever possible. We use reclaimed bubble wrap and inside packaging. We are always looking for ways to keep shipping costs at a minumum to our customers.
