Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
If an item shipped is not as described, I will refund your payment, minus PayPal, Etsy fees, and shipping, upon my receipt of your return.
I am not liable for loss in transit or for damages sustained that result from things beyond my control. I package items to a standard learned while shipping sensitive items for the US Army, but what the post office does is out of my hands. If you would like to add insurance or any other type of special mail service, please let me know before sending payment so that I can adjust your shipping fees. Note that not all items can be recreated exactly (some fabrics are vintage, other one-offs from various sources), but I am willing to give it a go to find a suitable replacement if you choose to reorder following a postal loss or damage.
Please make your PayPal payment at the time that you purchase the item. If you would like something but need some time (I know how it is!), I will be happy to hold any item(s) for up to a week, just send me a convo and let me know. If an item hasn't been paid for within 3 days of purchase, I will cancel the sale, so if you would like something held, please convo instead of letting it sit in your cart!
Specific shipping charges are listed with each item, but all will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail within 3 business days of completed payment. Insurance is optional, but I don't mind doing the paperwork if you want it!
***I am located in Okinawa, Japan. Shipping is still USPS shipping rates, but keep in mind that it will take items approximately one extra week to reach you than if I had shipped them from an actual stateside address. Sorry for the inconvenience, but the Marine Corps sent us here. **
Additional policies and FAQs
I am happy to make custom orders of any pattern seen in my shop, but cannot guarantee that the same fabric can be located again. My fabric stash includes many vintage fabrics, ones bought in small shops in Japan, and fabrics culled from unserviceable vintage clothing (no cutting up of still-wearable vintage goes on in this shop!). Convo me and we'll see if we can come up with something that works!
