Accepted payment methods
Payment or notification of payment is required within 48 hours of the Etsy sale. If I don't hear from you, I will cancel the sale.
I ship all items within 24 hours of payment receipt. Sometimes this will be the same day, but most times I need a few hours to primp and package the item, give it a "cheer up, you're going to a new home" pep talk, and smuggle it to the post office. If you need a rush delivery, please convo me and we can talk about shipping costs.
I ship via USPS First Class or Priority mail. I try to get the item there as quickly as possible for the least amount of money. If you need something quickly, please convo me for pricing.
I ensure all items are packaged to ship safely and untouched.
A NOTE ABOUT PACKING MATERIALS: Everything that I use to package my items (except the boxes) is recycled from my day job or from orders I receive from other Etsy artists. I do my best to keep my ecological footprint small while still shipping items safely. I package my boxes in ways that the packaging can be reused (ie: neatly folding bubble wrap), and I encourage you to use any items I ship for other purposes. Let's keep passing it around!
Refunds and Exchanges
If you receive your item and are inclined for whatever reason to leave neutral or negative feedback, please convo me first to see if we can work something out. I'm an incredibly reasonable and easy-going person and understand if you don't like something. I would like to make it better. A conversation will not only help you get what you want, but will help me to make changes that will benefit my art and other customers down the road.
RETURNS for REFUNDS:
I accept returns within 5 business days of reciept of item. I only accept returns if the item is grossly misrepresented in any way. I do not accept returns for buyer's remorse. Buyer will be refunded for the item minus the shipping charges.
Please convo me to discuss details of exchanges should the item arrive to you damaged.
IMPORTANT: I will ship to the address listed in your ETSY account. Please verify that this address is good and accurate. If you want it shipped to another location, please tell me in the "Message to Seller" box at checkout.
Additional policies and FAQs
It’s important that you love the items you purchase. I go to great lengths to photograph and accurately describe the items I’m selling. Therefore, I do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse. If an item is grossly misrepresented, I am happy to discuss a return and a refund will be issued.
Vintage and antique items have endured time, and some of them have picked up scratches and dents along the way. I will photograph and describe all mars on every item so you know what to expect. Please know that I cannot possibly account for all scratches on wood, metal, or ceramic items, and these only add to the unique charm of a vintage piece. I have a good eye and won’t sell you obviously shoddy items. As the daughter of an antique dealer, I have a chip on my shoulder about quality and honesty in my items.
I come from a family of antique dealers and my father was one of the best in the business. I go to him now for information on anything I can’t quite figure out, and he assures me of the authenticity of antique and vintage finds. If I can’t find any information on an item, but it’s clearly old, I will say so in my listings. I hope my finds, wisdom, and great taste lead you to discovering some treasures of your own!
