The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items on sale
Returns and exchange details
If in doubt, please ask BEFORE you purchase. I will happily answer questions and provide additional photos. All art is represented as accurately as possible, though variations in computer screens may cause colors to appear different. Dimensions are accurate within a half-inch. If an exact color match is required, please request a custom painting and be willing to send a color swatch.

Return and exchange requests for personal reasons (does not match decor, change of heart, smaller or larger than expected, etc.) will only be considered within 3 days of delivery. If the request is accepted, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs for items returned for personal reasons, and refunds (for the item price only, minus the cost of the initial packaging, shipping, and insurance) are issued after I receive the item back undamaged. Custom order deposits are nonrefundable unless I am unable to complete the project. Please talk to me about any issue with your order and I will work to solve the issue quickly.

I package carefully and take responsibility for making sure you receive your order. Every package has tracking, and I ask for your patience if the shipping company has delays. In the unlikely event of damaged items, contact me within 3 days of delivery. Photographs of damage (box and item) are required to file an insurance claim, and you will need to sign a damage/loss statement so that I can process the claim and issue a refund. No full or partial refunds are issued if the buyer keeps the item.

Shipping
Art ships on Tuesdays, while some smaller works go out sooner. My artwork is packaged securely and ships promptly with tracking, but mailed items are beyond my control and may take longer than expected. I guarantee safe arrival and ask for your patience if the shipping company experiences delays.
