Quality and customer service are very important to me. I want people who buy from my shop to be happy with their purchase and with their entire buying experience.

PLEASE NOTE: Arizona residents will have an 8.1% State/City Sales Tax added to their order upon payment with PayPal.

I currently accept PayPal. No personal checks or money orders, please. If you pay with an e-check via PayPal, please add 4-6 extra business days processing time to allow for the funds to clear.

Orders will not be shipped until payment is received. It is considered non-payment if payment is not received via PayPal within three business days of ordering. The order will be canceled by the seller (and the item re-listed) if payment is not received within this time frame. Please convo me if there is any issue with this, and I will be happy to work something out with you!

CUSTOM ORDER PAYMENT: If you have requested a custom order, you will not be asked to pay until the item has been listed for you, UNLESS your request requires me to buy new supplies to make. In that case, you will be expected to pay at least the cost of new materials before I will be able to make your request. The rest can be paid after the item has been made and listed.

Please note, custom orders may take 1-3 weeks to be made, listed, and packaged. However, once the item has been listed and paid for, it will be shipped within the normal time frame (1-5 business days).
*All items ship from Arizona. Estimated shipping times, as stated in individual listings, are estimates only, and apply only to U.S. orders.

PLEASE NOTE: If you are ever accidentally overcharged for shipping, the excess will be refunded to you through Paypal as soon as the item has been shipped! Thank you!

Seller reserves the right to refuse shipment to certain countries with known mail service/customs problems. Please convo me before purchase if you are concerned that this policy may affect your order.**

Domestic orders will be shipped within one to five business days after payment is received. Most domestic orders are processed and shipped same-day or next day, depending on when you order/pay! Orders out of the U.S. may take longer to process and ship, as they require being shipped at the post office due to customs forms. Many items ship via USPS Priority Mail® or First Class Mail. The rest ship via USPS Parcel Post. Priority Mail® and First Class Mail should arrive within 1-3 days of being shipped; Parcel Post, 2-9 days. Weekends and U.S. holidays are not included in processing or shipping estimates. There will be USPS Delivery Confirmation™ on most orders.

Please check the item description within each listing to see how an item will ship. If any changes need to be made to the way an item ships (upgrade to Priority Mail®, etc.) please convo me or send an e-mail to BirdWatching_Designs [!at] before you order.

Please make sure BOTH the address in Paypal AND the address you select at the time of checkout match. If they do not, your order will be sent to the address provided via Paypal. This includes the name of the person it is being sent to. If names do not match it will be addressed to the person from the address provided by PayPal.

I am not responsible for packages in the unlikely event that they are lost or damaged in the mail. Any other issues regarding shipping or ordering I would be glad to try and resolve. Please send any queries to Your satisfaction means a lot to me!

Refunds and Exchanges
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please send an e-mail to BirdWatching_Designs [!at] You will be sent a short questionnaire about why you are returning the item. I am not responsible for damages sustained during shipment and will not accept returns/exchanges for that reason. If there is somehow a defect in the item, I will pay for return shipping. I also do not accept returns/exchanges or offer refunds on custom orders unless there is somehow a defect in the item. Please convo me if you have any questions on this policy.

I personally re-check every order before it is sent out, and package them very securely to ensure that your order is perfect when it arrives. Hopefully there should be no reason a return is necessary, but I will try to remain flexible because customer satisfaction is very important to me.

Etsy FAQ:
"The seller must refund a buyer for goods returned, provided the seller has offered a refund. The buyer may not force a return. Both parties must agree to the return. The buyer (sender) is not responsible for postal delays, failures, thefts, losses or customs problems."

SALES/PROMOS/COUPONS: Sales and promos are limited time only. If you have a coupon or sale/promo code, it MUST be provided in the message to seller box at the time of checkout in order to receive the discount. Discounts will be given in the form of a refund via PayPal if payment is received, or in the form of a revised invoice sent to buyer's e-mail if payment has not yet been received.

Coupons and promo codes CANNOT be combined with any other coupons or offers. Coupons and promo codes are good for regular priced merchandise only.
