About

I started my business over fifteen years ago and thousands of rings later I keep soldering on...

I first heard of Etsy in 2007 and figured I'd give it a shot. Today, ten years later, this is what I do, and Etsy is part of my daily life. I have met some of the most wonderful people on Etsy, and I enjoy making jewelry for my customers from around the world.

All of my jewelry is handcrafted in the US with sterling silver - recycled or sourced from mines that adhere to responsible practices.

I am happy to exchange or re-size your piece, and you may return most items for an exchange within 14 days of arrival. There is a $3 fee per ring per exchange or re-sizing (stacking rings without stones are re-sized free of charge). Some custom orders can not be exchanged (such as satin finish, oxidized rings and one-of-a-kind items). The customer pays for return shipping and items must be packed in bubble wrap or other safe packaging material. Please contact me before sending anything back.

International orders are sent first class international with no tracking number to most countries. For international first class orders, tracking is available to the following countries: Canada, Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Croatia, Denmark, France, Germany, Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Israel, Netherlands, New Zealand, Spain and Switzerland.

If your international order exceeds $400 you will have to upgrade to International Priority Mail, and pay for this extra shipping fee. Please contact me before ordering above $400.

Frequently asked questions

When will my order ship?

From December 28 to January 20, 2018 orders will ship in 1-2 weeks while we work at half capacity. Other times orders are shipped within 1-3 business days via USPS First Class.

You can upgrade to Priority Mail, or Priority Mail Express at checkout for an additional fee.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes, you can exchange or re-size items. Please contact me before sending anything back. When you send the item back, please pack it safely with lots of bubble wrap. You can use the original packaging. Please don't send anything in a regular envelope; it will most likely come back damaged. The cost of exchanging or re-sizing is another shipping fee of $4 (for the US - international orders are more), and if there is a ring with a stone you need to re-size we charge $3 to re-size to cover the cost of a new bezel cup.

How do I find my ring size?

You can purchase an inexpensive ring sizer from me - or other Etsy sellers. Printed sizers online - or using a string can be tricky and often inaccurate. You can also go to a local jewelry store to have your finger sized - or an existing ring. Keep in mind that a wider band usually needs to be sized up a quarter or a half size up.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to many - but not all - countries. Delivery times vary due to Customs holds and exams, Holidays, and other reasons I can not control. I try to make and ship your order as fast as possible to have it with you quickly.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Your order will come in an organza pouch. If you would like a gift box, please leave a message at checkout. If your item is a gift sent directly to the recipient I can include a note if you wish. Please note that orders are not sent with a receipt (except for international order that will have a receipt due to possible Customs inspections).

Do you offer any coupon codes, discounts, promotions?

We don't offer any coupon codes or discounts, and we rarely have promotions. Instead we work hard to keep our prices as reasonable and competitive as we possibly can.

Will the shipping cost be higher if I order more than one item?

No, you will only pay the flat shipping rate no matter how many items you order.

No, our jewelry is intended for adults and older teenagers.
