I initially received the wrong size but the shop quickly accepted my return and made it the correct size! Even shipped it out quickly. Very happy with service. Silver is nice thickness. Ring is on the dull side (not as polished as shown in advertising photo). Edges are not rounded for comfort. The word I had stamped on the front was ‘believe’. The last ‘e’ is not quite in line with the rest of the word (but it’s ok - adds character).

It's exactly as pictured. The feel is more like dog tags rather than precious metal, but it's not advertised as true silver. Having said that, the appearance of the necklace is very nice and the sentiment lovely. I received the item in a very reasonable amount of time and it was packaged in a circular tin that you can reuse to keep it safe or easily find it.

The item was nice enough, but I wasn't terribly impressed with the customer service. I requested the item be shipped sooner, but never received any communication from the seller on whether they could accommodate the request. They did not. Customer service is what sets small businesses apart from big box stores. Unfortunately, this seller did not set themselves apart. I won't be back.
