Gift wrapping and packaging
At this time we are unable to offer gift messages to your order, Anything you type in the gift message section will not be sent to your recipient, We recommend sending a card separately so your friend will know the gift came from you.
Sizing details
Each listing should have a sizing chart included in the pictures. Please reach out if I forgot to add one to the listing. Some of the apparel is unisex which means it will run larger than expected. Some is fitted for women so they may run smaller. Best advice is to use the size chart and measure out a shirt you already own that fits you well to compare the sizing.
Missing items
We use different print companies for different items so sometimes you may receive a partial order. Etsy only updates with the first tracking number. Don't panic, it is likely your remaining order is on the way but please don't hesitate to reach out for questions regarding your order status.
Custom and personalized orders
We can offer customization on certain designs. Please reach out for questions if the listing isn't specifically set up for personalization but you would like to add something to the design and we can discuss if this request is feasible.
What type of printing do you use?
We use Direct-To-Garment printing! This process puts the ink right into the shirt instead of like vinyl where the ink is on top of the shirt. This type of printing should not crack or fade.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We do not accept returns or exchanges because we custom print each item once ordered. However, if you have any issues at all with the garment or the print, please send us a photo right away and we will be happy to either send a replacement or give you a full refund.
