Returns and exchanges
If you receive the wrong item, please let us know and we will rectify the issue immediately. We are able to accept returns or exchanges for items that were incorrectly sent or were damaged before shipment. However, we are not able to send prepaid return envelopes at this time. If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your order, please let us know and we will do our best to help. 

We pack every order with the utmost care to ensure a safe arrival. However, if the post office mishandles your package or ignores our handling instructions, we are not responsible for damages or lost items. If you would like to purchase insurance for your order, please contact us and we will factor this into your shipping costs. 
Payment
We accept all major credit cards, as well as PayPal payments.
Shipping
Print orders ship within 1-2 business days after purchase via USPS first class mail and include tracking. Prints are shipped in sturdy bend-resistant mailers to ensure safe arrival. Orders may be upgraded to priority or express mail at the buyer's expense. Insurance for your order is also available. Please contact us if you'd like to add one of these upgraded shipping options to your order.

BUSINESS HOURS:

Our business hours are from 9 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. EST Monday - Friday. We will do our best to respond to inquiries within 24 hours.

CUSTOM ORDERS:

At this time, we are unable to accept custom orders for foil prints and our foil stamped pencil sets.
