This is a natural whipped product that doesn't have added stabilizer. During very warm weather, products may soften or even melt in transit as they sit in warm mail trucks and mailboxes. We try to prevent the product from completely melting by freezing it before transit. If the product melts during transit it can be placed in the fridge and blended back up to it fluffy whipped consistency.
