(1) Every customer automatically earns $1 (usd) for every $25 (usd) spent in the Bite Me Beads shop (Bite Me Bucks are calculated on the total spent after discounts and before shipping) and add up very fast!

(2) Orders that earn Bite Me Bucks will receive a sticker on the back of the Coupon Code Card included with every order. This sticker includes the amount of Bite Me Bucks you earned on that specific order and a Redemption Code to be used on any future order.

(3) To redeem your Bite Me Bucks, you must enter the Code in the COMMENTS section of your order upon checkout -- please note that these codes do NOT work in the Coupon Code box which is something entirely different. Redemption value will be rewarded as a refund on the order after payment has been processed and the order has been packed and shipped. NOTE: You must request redemption of your Bite Me Bucks, as we do not automatically redeem them for you (some customers like to save up multiple codes to use all at once).

(4) YES, you may still use our awesome coupon codes along with your Bite Me Bucks. Make sure to enter the applicable coupon code in the Coupon Code box upon checkout, and write your Bite Me Bucks Code(s) in the COMMENTS section upon checkout.

(5) YES, you may combine several Bite Me Bucks Redemption Codes on one order (if you want to save up several codes that it perfectly fine, just make sure you enter every code you want to redeem in the comments section upon checkout). Each Bite Me Bucks Code can only be used once! Once you've redeemed it it's done.

(6) YOU are responsible for keeping your codes in a safe place. We do not track codes for each person. If you lose your code we cannot replace it. So make sure to keep it in a safe place where you won't lose it (your wallet would be a good place)!

(7) Codes have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash in hand or a refund on a previous order. They can only be redeemed as a refund on a future order. They also have no expiry.

Do you combine shipping on multiple items purchased?

Shipping is automatically COMBINED on multiple purchases. Once your order is packed and weighed we REFUND any shipping overages that may have been charged.

Shipping to Canada & US

All orders are shipped via Canada Post within 3-5 business days of cleared payment. We guarantee delivery of all our orders. Average delivery time:

to Canada (5-7 Business Days from Shipping Date) *estimate
to US (7-10 Business Days from Shipping Date) *estimae

Small orders to Canada & US (under $50) typically ship airmail without tracking. This is the cheapest option for you and requires you to pay NO additional shipping charges. It arrives in the same amount of time as tracked packages do. Orders over $50 we ship with tracking and usually pay the additional tracking charges on your behalf (within $5). As stated above, we guarantee delivery of all packages regardless. So don't worry :)

Shipping Internationally

All orders are shipped via Canada Post within 3-5 business days of cleared payment. We guarantee delivery of all our orders. Average delivery time to international locations is 10-15 business days (estimated via airmail).

Most small international orders (under $50usd) will ship airmail without any additional cost. For large international orders (over $50usd) extra shipping may be required if you want airmail service. We will contact you to determine actual shipping costs after your order is placed and you can then decide if you want to proceed with airmail, surface shipping or cancel your order (or you can contact us ahead of time with your order details and we can give you a quote).

Is everything in your shop always in stock?

We have an awesome 98% rate of "in stock" items and try very hard to keep everything in stock, but sometimes we can sell out (although we always re-order). But don't worry, we will ALWAYS message you before we ship out your order if any of it is out of stock, giving you some options (change colour/size or have the "out of stock" items sent later at no extra charge).

What if I haven't received my package?

Canada & US
We ask that you allow up to 15 business days for packages to arrive before declaring it "missing". There are times when delays can occur beyond our control (customs) and sometimes they just need a little extra time to find their way to you.

International
Airmail: We ask that you allow 30 business days for packages to arrive before declaring it "missing". For surface mail (which can take 4-8 weeks on average) we ask that you wait 12 weeks before declaring the package as "missing" and we will then take action.

Delays can occur beyond our control, and although we do guarantee delivery of all our packages we feel it's only fair to allow them sufficient time to arrive.

What if I want to cancel my order?

If your order has not yet shipped, you may cancel your order for a refund at any time. But please note, if your order has already been packed up and in the process of being labeled for shipping and you request it to be cancelled, there will be a 10% re-stocking fee (this will be deducted from the refund amount issued on your cancelled order).
