February 2023 - New LOGO and Banner!
ABOUT THE SHOP: BITS 3D and Pieces started out as BIT Solutions - a computer repair company in 2003. Ten years later, I added 3D printing services, so BIT Solutions became BITS 3D. I've been tinkering with vinyl and sublimation crafts, and hence BITS 3D and Pieces has finally lived up to it's name. Follow my shop as I add custom products such as decals, drinkware, clothing and more.
Want vinyl decals, custom shirts, or need something 3D printed that you don't see in my shop? Click Request Custom Order and I can see what I can do for you? I will always send a mock-up of your item for approval before you place a paid order.
ABOUT ME:
I have been 3D printing since 2014 and my "family" of printers has grown over the years. I have come across many objects to print and sell my favorite ones in my shop. If there is something that you are interested in having 3D printed - a movie character, a desk organizer, a piece of jewelry or object that you have created, or anything other idea you may have - please click "Contact Shop Owner" or "Request Custom Order" to get started. Need some inspiration? Visit www.Thingiverse.com or www.Printables.com to see thousands of items that can be 3D printed. I can create a listing on any item that is licensed for Creative Commons and not marked "Non-Commercial".
Thank you for visiting my shop! I hope you enjoy it. Make BITS 3D and Pieces your favorite shop and you will receive a coupon for use on your first purchase!

5 out of 5 starsOne incredibly happy mother with her birthday present in remembrance of our dog Milo. Seller was amazing sending draft photos of what the design would look like, and even happily corrected my error about not clicking “this is a gift” on the receipt. An incredibly happy UK customer! 🥰🇬🇧

5 out of 5 starsJulie (seller) was super quick to reply to me every time. She was able to customize my print with holes so I could more safely install it on a non-traditional location. Installed easily with the included screws. Holds my Torani bottles perfectly! Slight mixup with shipping, but when I notified Julie, her customer service was on point. She reprinted and resent my custom print ASAP. She sent a pre-paid return shipping label for me to return the incorrect item. I'd happily recommend Julie and her shop!

5 out of 5 starsWorked well with the mask I helped improve for a friend of mine. Easy to file down and took paint very well. Followed the instructions for using certain glues to attach and worked great. Using the remaining pieces on another outfit which makes it look way more intimidating. Will order again when needed!

Care instructions
3D printed items are not heat-resistant. Although PLA plastic can withstand temperatures up to 140 degrees Fahrenheit (60 Celsius), it can become soft if put in dishwasher, hot water, or even left in a car on a warm day.
Wash 3D prints with a cloth of warm water and mild soap. Most prints are not water-tight.
If a part breaks, you can glue it back together with superglue, Loc-tite gel, epoxy, or any other glue safe for plastics.
Can 3D printed objects be sanded or painted?
3D printed items can be painted with acrylic paints or any other paints that are safe for plastic or PLA plastic. It is recommended that they are primed first. Use of model car paints or spray paint for plastics work well.
If you want to remove visible layer lines, you can sand prior to priming. If sanding removes the natural color from a print, it can sometimes be restored by rubbing olive oil on it. Note that most items are not completely solid and only have approximately a 1mm solid surface so be cautious to not sand down too many layers.
