Refunds and Exchanges
Can't get no satisfaction?
Please let us know ASAP! I aim to please. If your purchase isn't what you've always dreamed of we will honor a return. If you want to earn our eternal love and adoration, let us know what item you might like to exchange your not-so-perfect-purchase with, and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

**RETURNS**
If you would like to return your item for a full refund (less shipping costs):
+DO return them within 7 days of receipt
+DO let us know that you are returning the item (AND WHY!), and you want your money back
+DO return item(s) in originally packaging

-DON'T convo us and give me a sob story about how
1. your dog mangled your precious purchase,
b. you were out of town and you just got back and "Holy cow!" you just looked at the date and you missed your 7 day window
VII. send us a mystery package with no name or clue as to what you want.

**We will not grant you a refund if you return an item to us that has been worn, damaged, or is in any way altered from its original state. Please send your return with your name somewhere... And a little heads up would be great too!**


**EXCHANGES**
Oh darn! You got your magically handmade regalia in the mail today... And it's just not all that you thought it would be... or maybe it's a bit too much. Don't fret, kind consumer. We would gladly exchange that for you within 14 days of receipt. Of course, we will reimburse you the difference if you choose a less expensive item, and we will ask that you pay the difference if you choose something that's more than your original purchase.
Maybe your precious prize just needs a little tweaking to make it perfect for you. Send it back to us within the 14 day exchange window, and let us know how we can make things better!

**DAMAGES**

These pieces are delicate. To avoid damaging your doodad please don't let your infant chew on it to sooth his teething gums, use it as a cat toy, or get into a shouting match with your sister about who made a better pumpkin pie for this year's Holiday Party (it could escalate quickly). If you do find yourself in any of these situations, please be mindful of the fact that you are wearing ART. Someone made it, with their two hands; or two people made it, and that would mean there were four hands involved...
If it does break or get damaged, we will gladly repair your item *ANYTIME* with all shipping costs paid by Y-O-U.

**LOST**
No, this section is not about that ridiculously addictive and popular show on TV where those guys crash on the island and there's a baby, and a monster made of smoke.
Imagine This: You ordered a kick ass accessory and it should totally be at your front door by now.. And it is NOT. Sucks for you, and for us too. We'll try to figure out as best as we can what happened to your purchase in transit, and we'll refund your payment until we figure it out.
