Where are you located?

I am located in the Hunter Region of NSW. I currently only send orders within Australia, however please contact me for overseas postage prices.

What are the postage costs? and how will my order be sent?

Untracked - $3
Standard post - $10 (Free over $50)
Express post - $13

Orders are packaged and sent in an envelope, postage bag or box. Printed receipt will not be sent.

What is your turn around time?

I have a 1-5 business day turnaround time (delivery timeframe starts once sent).

Do you offer wholesale?

I sure do, with wholesale prices starting when 10+ of the same design is ordered, or for large quantities. Please contact me to see the wholesale pricelist. Wholesale items are not required to have my logo attached.

What elastic do you use?

Please check the listing description for elastic thickness in scrunchies. I generally use thick elastic (roughly 6-10mm wide). If you would like thinner elastic please contact me prior to purchasing. Depending on the thickness of your hair, the thicker elastic should wrap around 2-4 times.

What do you make?

I make Scrunchies, Headbands, Keychains, Lanyards, Pet accessories + more.

My goals for 2024 are to add scrub hats & tops, dummy clips and bibs.
