5 out of 5 starsThis lamp is SO pretty and gives off just the right amount of light for me to read in bed at night. There was a smell from the sealant used over the paint when I first took it out of the box, but leaving it to air out in front of a window for 24 hours and the smell was gone. Really glad I bought it!

Hello! Thank you for stopping by my Etsy shop! My name is Elizabeth and I was born and raised in Indianapolis, IN. My love of art began at an early age and was encouraged by my parents to pursue my passion. Ultimately, the demands of life seemed to hamper my creativity and I put aside my sketchbook and pencils ~ rarely allowing myself to enter into that quiet, focused, inspired, motivated, rewarding world of art. Then, at age 49, my life changed. I moved to beautiful Colorado! With such a drastic change also came inspiration. I realized that with the opportunity I had been given to relocate to Colorado, I had been blessed with a miracle! I didn't want to waste a minute more putting off the things I love to do. Care instructions
I take special precautions to ensure that the artwork is protected by applying several coats of Krylon Matte Sealer to the design. However, if you live in a humid environment, you need to keep your lamp ON so that it stays dry. Salt absorbs water from the air, so if you leave home for any length of time, be sure to turn the lamp off and place it in an air-tight container or plastic bag.
Do not handle or rub directly on the artwork as the image might be diminished. Do not keep your lamp in areas where there might be more humidity such as bathrooms, laundry rooms or near open windows.
