Shop policies

Thank you for taking the time to read my shop policies. It's important but also the most boring part of shopping online so I will make it short.

Accepted payment methods

  • Pay with Visa
  • Pay with Master Card
  • Pay with American Express
  • Pay with Discover
  • Pay with PayPal
Payment
All purchases should be paid for in advance. I will only start to work when your payment is confirmed or in case of paypal, the e-check is cleared.

I've paid now what?

When the payment is taken care of I will start to work on your order a.s.a.p., I will confirm this via a convo. Under normal circumstances I should contact you within 48 hours, so don't freak out when you don't receive something directly. Take into consideration that I live in the Netherlands so we are probably in a different time zones.

I’m freaking out, what to do?

Just give me a call, add Bizart to Skype and call me between 10:00 AM and 05:00 PM UCT/GMT+1
Refunds and Exchanges
What if I’m not satisfied?

The moment that I start working on your purchase I will not be able to offer you a complete refund. If you are not satisfied with your order I will work with you until it's according to your wishes. Be sure to let me know a.s.a.p. if you are not happy with something so that we can work something out before even having to talk about a refund. If it doesn't work out I will issue a refund of maximum 50% of the price. Depending on how much work has been completed.
