Refunds:
I have checked each item for quality before shipping. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please notify me within seven days of date received and I will work with you to provide an acceptable solution. If you prefer to return your purchase I will refund your purchase price minus the shipping costs after return of the item and receipt.

Damages:
If a purchase is damaged during transit*, return the item with a copy of your purchase receipt & shipping bill of lading describing what occurred. I will send a replacement at my cost within a few days. In the event materials are no longer available I will work with you to provide an agreeable and equal value product.

* Please photo all damages prior to opening and after opening the package(s) & return to us.

Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange a purchase for another item, I will credit your account when the item and receipt are returned*. If the new purchase is more or less than the original cost I will refund or add to the price accordingly. Shipping will be your responsibility.

* Please make sure you make a duplicate of your receipt and return the original.

ANY CUSTOM ORDERS THAT THE CUSTOMER HAS ACCEPTED/ AGREED TO AND DECIDES TO RETURN ITEM(S) THERE WILL BE A RESTOCKING FEE. ONLY 50% OF THE SALE WILL BE REFUNDED. THE ITEM(S) ABSOLUTELY HAVE TO BE SHIPPED BACK AT YOUR EXPENCE, WITH THE RECEIPT, AND WELL PACKAGED. IF THE ITEM(S) ARE DAMAGED,THERE WILL BE NO REFUND. THE REFUND WILL NOT BE PAID UNTIL WE RECEIVE THE PACKAGE, THEN WE WILL ISSUE A REFUND BY OUR COMPANY CHECK.

Basic Shipping for Necklaces and Sets is $5.00. Additional items add $1.00 per necklace or sets only.

Small Items Shipping is $4.00 plus $0.50 per additional item.

Special items normally $6.00 and up depending on USPO rates.

Overnight Up To 3 Days via USPO determined at time of order. Please request prior to ordering.

I will customize orders to some degree. That is, I can provide different clasps for instance on necklaces or different earring hook styles. Additional costs may be added depending on styles and materials; i.e. magnetic clasps, semi- precious metals like 18K gold hooks and so forth.
