Here are some general policies for my shop. I believe in great customer service and exceptional communication between buyer and seller, so if you have any questions or comments please let me know. I want to hear from you!
Accepted payment methods
Returns and exchanges
Should a replacement be necessary, you will be responsible for shipping the original item back to me. I will then ship a replacement item to you as soon as possible at no extra charge.
Payment
The "OTHER" payment option is for BKInspired Gift certificates only. When redeeming a Gift Certificate please remember to include the Certificate Number in the customer notes section when checking out.
Shipping
Each item is special and I treat them all with care when shipping. They will be appropriately packaged to ensure they arrive to you in the same condition in which they left my hands.
Items are shipped regular mail via Canada Post and take approximately 5-7 business for domestic and 7-14 days for US and international delivery. International customers are responsible for any additional costs associated with customs and duty.
Please expect shipping times to be longer during major holidays.
Some items, because of their size, will be shipped as a letter to keep shipping costs down and will therefore not have a tracking number. If you would prefer to have your package tracked please contact me for new shipping pricing information.
Some custom order shipping prices are estimates. Major shipping overages will be reimbursed.
