Returns and exchanges
Complete refund for items incorrectly described. The item must be returned within one week of receipt and in the same condition as when it was photographed and received. For other reasons than error, it MAY be possible to receive an ETSY store credit. This must be discussed with me before the item is returned. If an item has not been insured per the request of the buyer, I will not be responsible for damages involved in the shipping. However, be assured that I am an "over packer" so that there should be no damage as a result of my packing. And that has been the case for the 15 years I have been shipping online.
