Shipping
I ship by USPS Ground when shipping in the United States, usually within 1-3 business days if your item is pre made, and 1-3 business days after the completion of your item if it is made-to-order. If something delays my shipping, I'll be sure to let you know. If you want to order an item with insurance, please let me know in a message, and I'll create a reserved listing for you with the adjustment.
Refunds and Exchanges
I do not give refunds except in the special instance that I have made some kind of mistake. If I have done so, misrepresenting the item (color, size, materials, content) then I will do whatever I can to fix it if you message me within two weeks of it being shipped. We will work together to determine whether a replacement or a return is desired.

If you'd like a replacement item, there could be some time between when we agree and when I can get new materials. Please allow up to 10 days for this. If you do want a replacement item, your replacement will not be shipped to you until you mail back the original with a tracking number. Once I can see that the original item has been shipped (with your tracking number ) then I will send you the new one, within 1 week day. Once the original is back in my possession, I will refund you the total cost of shipping (for your shipping back to me, and I will pay the shipping for the replacement).

Replacements can only be of equal or lesser value, and must be of the same type of item. I also can't give any refunds on downloads, but if you are unhappy with it for some reason that is due to a mistake I have made, I'll do my best to fix it and make the revision available to you. I also offer help with knitting patterns. As for physical items, before moving ahead with discussing the replacement, your impression of the item will be compared to the original listing.

I rarely make mistakes in my listings, so please don't take this section to mean I'm not careful in my work. Yet, if I do make a mistake, I want to let you know that I will do what I can to work with you to fix it somehow. I love to make things for other people, so I want to make sure those people can be happy with my creations.
Additional policies and FAQs
I am someone with a chronic illness, and this means that sometimes my schedule does not go according to plan. I do, however, try to practice excellent communication with my clients, so if I'm having a particularly rough time with my health, resulting in delays in your item getting to you, I'll do whatever I can to let you know, and how I intend to pick up the slack.

I try to estimate a tad high in my shipping time and creation time to account for this, but I still want to be upfront about that aspect of my work. I love creating things for people, and my health is never used as an excuse not to give appropriate attention to my responsibilities.
