Welcome to Blackbird Supply Company. We're a two person team specializing in small batch, hand-printed apparel and gifts. Jody illustrates and silkscreens every t-shirt, sweatshirt, tea towel, and gift bag, and Karl processes, packages, and ships every order.
We're proud to say that we don't outsource ANY of our production work to third party print services. We also don't purchase digital art from outside sources or use stock photography in our listings. From start to finish, it's a labor of love, and we choose to do things the old fashioned way.

Sizing details
We use several different shirt styles/brands in our shop, so please take the time to check measurements carefully prior to purchase. They can be found in one of two places: within the listing images if you scroll through, or within the listing details (you may have to click to expand the full description).
Pro tip: measure the chest of a favorite t-shirt/sweatshirt you have at home and compare to the specs provided to ensure proper fit.
How long will it take to receive my items?
Our general processing time is 1-3 business days. Please keep in mind that this is in addition to the shipping times listed below.
All orders are shipped via US Postal Service, and are insured against loss or damage.
DOMESTIC:
First Class: 3-5 business days (estimated)
Priority: 2-4 business days (estimated)
Priority Express: 1-3 business days (guaranteed)
INTERNATIONAL:
First Class: 2-5 weeks (estimated) depending on destination.
Please Note: depending on your country of origin, you may be charged additional customs / brokerage fees when your items arrive. These are separate from your purchase with us, and it's your responsibility to pay them.
Care instructions
Because all of the items in our shop are hand printed, we highly recommend washing on a cold setting and allowing shirts to air dry. This is the best way to preserve both the shirt and the print over time. If necessary, it's safe to tumble dry on a low or delicates setting.
Our tea towels would be the one exception to this rule. They can be washed in warm water and dried on a higher setting.

How do I return or exchange an item?
For US buyers, as long as an item is unworn/unwashed and in its original condition (i.e. free of fragrance or any signs of wear and tear), you're welcome to contact us within 14 days of receipt to arrange an exchange or return. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs, but we will cover the cost to ship the exchange.
For international buyers, as long as the above criteria is met, you're welcome to contact us within 14 days of receipt to arrange a return. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges on international purchases.
