IMPORTANT - Please Note The Following Before Purchasing
• All items are digital DIY templates editable using our partner online editing platform Corjl.com – No physical items will be printed or shipped. The listing price does not include any custom design service.
• All templates can be previewed and tried out before purchasing via the demo link in the listing description. Changes made in the demo view cannot be saved.
• We do not see comments left in the Notes To Seller section at the checkout, please contact us via Etsy Messages.

How do I download my files?
As soon as Etsy has processed your payment you will receive an email from Corjl to your registered Etsy email address with the Corjl access link to your files.
Alternatively, you can proceed directly to Corj.com and use your Etsy order number to log in.
Your order number and detailed instructions can be found on your purchases page within Etsy - https://www.etsy.com/your/purchases
If you are paying with ApplePay, you will need to make sure you are logged in using your Etsy registered email address the ApplePay ID blocks the order access email.
If you have logged in using ApplePay, you will need to access your order using your Etsy order number.

Which fonts do you use?
You will have access to the font names used in each template once you have purchased and logged into your Corjl order. The font names are hidden in the demo view of the template to protect our design.
Refunds and Returns
Due to the digital nature of instant downloadable templates, we do not offer returns or refunds for templates that have been edited and downloaded. Please ensure you have read the listing description and previewed the template via the demo link in the listing description. Please contact us before purchasing if you need clarification on an item.
If you've purchased a digital template by mistake please let us know BEFORE downloading it and we'll happily refund it, once the file has been downloaded we cannot refund it as it cannot be returned.
Please note that because all computer monitors and printers are calibrated differently, colours may vary slightly from what you see on your screen to the printed product.
