Returns and exchanges
I cannot be responsible for damaged or lost packages. I will try to make it right, but if you decide to return the item, you must ship it back to me with delivery confirmation on the package. Once I receive the item, I'll give you a refund on your purchase price minus my shipping.

Please contact me before leaving negative or neutral feedback so that I can correct the situation.
You can easily pay by using PayPal, which means you can use major credit cards as well (you do not have to be a member). But if you prefer another method just let me know… I’m sure we can work something out.
Domestic -
Costs are based on standard airmail with delivery confirmation when possible. I will combine shipping for smaller items and larger items when possible on domestic packages. Please ask for priority service if you need it quickly.

Packages ship out within 2 business days of receipt of payment. Depending on class and size of the package, it will be a few days to 10 days for domestic packages. For international, I will ship as soon as possible to ensure a timely arrival.

If you know upfront you would like your package to be faster or insured, please let me know before you order, so that I can quote you.

International -
I will ship internationally. I am NOT responsible for any duties or customs fees incurred for your shipment.

All artwork is shipped securely with appropriate cardboard and plastic. I don't want it to be damaged either! :)

I do not overcharge on shipping to pad prices. If the shipping cost charged is ever more than $1 higher than my costs (either domestic or international), I will refund the amount through PayPal.
