How long does delivery takes?

Estimated time:
Europe = 3 to 7 business days
US & Canada = 5 to 15 business days
Australia & New Zealand = 5 to 20 business days
South Africa = 5 to 20 business days
Other destinations = 5 to 20 business days

Delays may happen due to customs clearance and during the holiday season. Orders shipped to South America may take 1 month or a little more to arrive.

All orders are shipped in PRIORITY MAIL with Basic Track & Trace service ( includes a basic tracking number but postal services are not obligated to scan and update any information regarding the package), available for most countries:
- Europe (excluding Croatia, Liechtenstein, Russia);
- USA;
- Canada;
- New Zealand;
- Israel.

Do you provide tracking?

Priority Mail shipping does not offer FULL tracking or insurance and postal services are not obligated to scan and update any information regarding the package.

Contact us if you wish to upgrade shipping for insurance or express delivery.

Sizing details

All sizes given are approximate. Because all of my items are handmade, there may be some variation in size between products (up to an inch or so).

If the exact size is critical to your purchase, please message me and I make one custom for you!

Care instructions

PACIFIER CLIPS: Machine washable at 30 degrees. Air dry only. Cool iron.

TEETHER TOYS: Do not wash wooden ring with the bunny ears! The wooden ring can be rinsed in running water and carefully wiped with a soft towel.
The ears are machine washable. If required, iron using standard settings with the printed side down for best results.

COTTON BURP CLOTH: Machine wash warm on delicate cycle and tumble dry on low. Iron as needed.
You need to wash the fabric after purchase to get super soft fabric.

PRIVACY POLICE

We only collect the information you provide to fulfill your specific request that would be shipping your order and inform you about your order status.

A print copy of your purchase is stored in case we need to contact postal services to fill a claim for non-delivery packages. These records are kept secure in our office.

My order is marked as "Delivered" but i have not received it, what can i do?

Start by contacting us to let us know about the issue and to check the shipping address provided when placing your order.

Please follow also these steps:

- check with the post office;
(all my packages include tracking, contact me if you can't find your package tracking number)

- check with family members, neighbors, conciérge and work colleagues (if shipped to your workplace);

- check your front porch and/or garden

If your package it's still missing and in order to qualify for a refund, you will need to FILE a MISSING MAIL REPORT with the shipping provider, as well as a POLICE REPORT.

Proof of BOTH reports must be provided to us to qualify for the refund.

We will also be filling a Missing Mail Report with both shipping providers.

My order is marked as "Delivered" but i have not received it, what can i do?
