Because each batch is made to order, and made by one person, your candy won't ship the instant you press "Place Order." Currently, processing time is between 1-2 business days.

I ship via USPS. If you would like tracking, signature confirmation, or other premium services, please specify this when you place your order. I will adjust your shipping cost accordingly.

Your candy will arrive in candy-specific packaging, which then gets cushioned inside a bubble envelope or shipping box. Generally, this is plenty of protection to safeguard your goodies, but in the event of significant damage, please notify me.

I want you to be happy with your candy. If for some reason it is not to your liking, please communicate with me about what is unappealing, and I will do my best to make it right.

My confections contain no preservatives or artificial anything. Therefore, they should be enjoyed soon after receiving them. Truffles in particular should be consumed within 14 days of receipt. They can be stored at room temperature, or in the refrigerator. Keep in mind that chocolate absorbs flavors easily, so if there are foods in your fridge with strong odors (e.g. garlic or onions), I suggest keeping the refrigerated chocolates in a Ziploc-type bag.

Caramels tend to get grainy after several days. This is a natural process, and is the result of the sugar granules separating from the mixture. To protect the soft, smooth, gooey texture of the caramels, store them in the refrigerator or freezer in a Ziploc-type bag. Allow each piece to warm to room temperature before eating. Caramels will keep for months in the freezer.
