All of my orders are hand packaged & I have taken time to consider my packaging to reflect my love of nature. So your jewellery will be packaged with care and will be within hand stamped boxes that can store the jewellery or be reused or recycled by the recipient. All jewellery is wrapped in acid free tissue paper which is great for storing silver. Outside packaging will bear my personalised stickers asking you to reuse too.

Sizing for each item will be listed.

Necklaces will indicate size of pendant and length of chain. Please see picture in each listing showing approximate placement of each chain length.

Bangles and bracelets, size of diameter of bangle will be given, please look at the picture on the listing of how to measure your correct size prior to purchase.

All items are either Sterling Silver (925) or Fine Silver (999). The number indicated relates to the purity of silver. 925 is the standard for sterling silver. Fine Silver whilst purer is a softer metal and therefore is only used in my earrings , some necklaces or embellishments to bangles. Items will clearly state if Sterling or Fine Silver.

All silver in the UK is legally required to be hallmarked if over 7.5grams in weight. My business and makers mark is registered with Birmingham Assay Office and all items of this weight are sent for Hallmarking. Other items not requiring hallmarking will still bear my makers mark.

If you are not always wearing your item of jewellery I would recommend you store it within the acid free tissue paper and for longer term storage in an air tight box. This will slow any process of tarnishing.

All silver will tarnish over time , but the process is often sped up due to contact with perfumes, salty air, skin creams, hair sprays etc. The amount of tarnishing varies considerable from person to person. Some women will also notice jewellery can take on a yellowing due to higher levels of hormones on the skin at times. All of this does not affect your jewellery and a wipe over with a impregnated silver polishing cloth will bring your piece back to full beauty.
