Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 7 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
Contact me if you have any problems with the item and I will do my best to fix it. Returns can be refunded minus the shipping fee or for a credit within the store.
Payment
Payment is to be made before shipping. If you are getting a custom order done we require half down and half upon shipping.
Shipping
We primarily ship USPS. If you need it shipped quickly, this is something we can do, just contact me for more info.
