    About the artist:
Annie's work reflects her love for nature and roaming. She uses artwork as a tool; a crutch to get her through challenging times. Somehow, what she creates comes out as beautiful from a somewhat distorted mind.
All of the bones used in her artwork are 100% ethically sourced. The materials used in her pen and ink work are most often from recycled paper or found items. She likes to use what is readily available rather than purchasing new items to work with.

    A note from the artist:
All items used in the artwork are cruelty free. The wood plaques are hand stained and varnished. All bones are pasture-found, roadkill or from animals that have passed by natural cause. The origin of bones in your piece will be greatly described in each item description as I find it vital that my buyer knows exactly what they are receiving. Knowing the story of your medium makes the purchase much more personal. This detail is reflected in the pricing of the artwork as I dedicate a good deal of time to finding ethical sources. My belief that nature should be respected and admired is what I emphasize on. I find it important that every piece of the body be used after life departs.

If you have any more questions about the origin of the pieces used in your artwork that go beyond the item description, please feel free to contact me.
