Returns and exchange details
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES (for non-custom orders):

All items are made to order and thus refunds and/or exchanges will be handled on an individual basis. Please inspect your product immediately after receiving. If you are not completely satisfied with your product, the product is incorrect, or the product is damaged during shipping; you must contact me within 3 DAYS of receipt via Etsy convo. Please know, I will do my best to find a solution for you! After 3 days, the order is considered complete and final. No exceptions.

Please select your design wisely! Proofs are always available upon request, and I'm always happy to help in any way I can. I will not be held accountable for unhappiness with a font style once you receive your order. If you are unhappy and would like a new set of hangers, it will be considered an entirely new order. Thank you for your understanding.
Shipping
The current turnaround time is listed on each individual listing.

I am happy to accommodate rush orders as best as I can! Please convo me BEFORE purchasing your item to discuss rush fees and/or rush shipping options.

*Once your order ships, I are no longer responsible for the time in which your item takes to arrive. If you have any problems with delivery please check UPS/USPS/FedEx website or contact the shipper or local post office. I am happy to help in any way we can, but I can't do much more than you can with calling the office/shipper. Unfortunately, I don't have magical powers to make them delivery items faster, but if I did, that would be really cool! :) I am not responsible for packages once they are shipped. Any issues/delays/damages are to be handled between buyer and shipping company directly. All items are packaged with care and protection to avoid any damage, but sometimes, shipping services aren't very kind to happy mail! :(
Additional policies and FAQs
PROOFREADING

Please make sure you proofread all aspects of your order before submitting it. Refunds/exchanges will not be approved due to spelling errors on buyer's part. All spelling will match what you have typed in on your order, so please make sure you triple check everything before submitting! No changes can be made once the order has been submitted.

SHIPPING

ALL orders will be shipped to the address you put on your order form. We are unable to change the address once the order is submitted. If you notice your address is incorrect, please message me for directions on how to proceed next. Thank you for your understanding.

PACKAGE RETURNS

If your package is returned by carrier for being undeliverable to the address provided, or any other means, buyer is responsible for any additional shipping, repeat packaging and fees that might be incurred with sending the package out to the buyer for a second attempt at delivery.

CANCELLATIONS

If you have ordered in error, please contact us within 15 minutes of your purchase. Work on your order begins immediately after your order is placed. Cancellation requests after the 15 minute period will be handled on an individual basis. If work has already been done on your purchase, it will not qualify for a full refund and cancellation.

CUSTOMIZATION

If your order includes customization, please leave all information needed in the note to seller box at checkout and/or the personalization box. if no note is included, I will attempt to reach out to gather the information via Etsy messages. It is the buyer's responsibility to check these messages, and to respond. If notes are left, and I have further questions, I will reach out via Etsy message to clarify. If I do not hear back within a reasonable amount of time, I reserve the right to cancel the order. All details must be clear to me BEFORE anything is processed and shipped. Lack of response from buyer may result with an order cancellation, or substantial delay in processing. I reserve the right to proceed how I see fit should I have issues contacting buyer.

I need my order ASAP! Can you rush it to me?

Yes! Please contact us BEFORE placing your order to make sure we can meet your deadline. We will need the item(s) you'd like to purchase, the quantity, your need by date and your shipping location in order to assist. We'll get back to you as soon as possible.

Where can I give you the names for the hangers I'm ordering?

When you go to your cart, you'll see a "Note to seller box". You can leave us all the details there! We'll be sure to reach out if we have any questions on the engraving information.

Can I customize a cake topper?

At this time, we are not offering custom cake toppers. Just the ones shown on our site!
