Are your books "brand new"?

No, all of our inventory are previously read, used, vintage, or antique books.

We take overprinted, unwanted, and used books that were destined for landfills and repair/re-home for others to enjoy. Books are cleaned, repaired and inspected prior to shipping.

If you have questions about the condition of any of our listings, please send us a message and we will be happy to help!

When will my order ship/arrive?

Orders typically ship 3-5 days after being placed and are usually received within 5 business days of shipping. Please note that larger orders will take more time to fulfill and process. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an Etsy notification with your order's tracking information.

Do you ship Internationally?

Unfortunaly no. Our shop currently ships to only the US. Due to costs we only offer free shipping within the US.

If you are interested in making a purchase and you are outside the US, please contact us. We are happy to get shipping cost estimates and help assist with any questions.

Do we accept Returns?

Yes, please refer to our Return Policy:
• Return any order within 30 days for a full refund.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
• Missing/damaged books will subject the entire order to a 50% restocking fee.
• Customers are responsible for making sure we receive returns. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items during return transit, please pack and seal your returns securely.
• We process refunds after we receive the returned order. To expedite the refund process, send us the return tracking information.

No, we do not.
If you have an issue with your order and would like to cancel it, please sends us a message right away. Order Cancellations are subject to a 𝟏𝟓% 𝑹𝒆𝒔𝒕𝒐𝒄𝒌𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑭𝒆𝒆.
If we have already shipped out your order, please wait to receive it and contact us about making a Return.

Can I make requests for the Bulk Books? (Modern or Vintage)

𝒀𝒆𝒔! You can make special requests in the order notes, depending on the request, there will be no additional charge. If you are unsure whether or not your request counts as a 𝑪𝒖𝒔𝒕𝒐𝒎 𝑶𝒓𝒅𝒆𝒓, please contact us with any questions!

Types of requests that are free of charge:
☒ requesting all solid (insert color) books (while supply lasts)
☒ requesting all gold or silver title font color

Which type of requests count as a 𝑪𝒖𝒔𝒕𝒐𝒎 𝑶𝒓𝒅𝒆𝒓:
☑ a mixture of multiple colors, no just a single bulk color
☑ specific authors, titles, genres, or specific shelf space measurements
(ex. Needing 3.75 feet of books or wanting more James Patterson titles)
☑ a specific color from a bulk color mixture

How to request a Custom Book Order?

To start a custom order, please message us! We are happy to help with any questions or concerns during the process.

Custom Orders are charged by the foot. The more feet purchased, the larger Bulk Discount you'll receive. For more information on prices or a quote, please message us!

𝑵𝒐𝒕𝒆: Custom Orders take more time to process and fulfill, processing time is between 3 - 14 business days, depending on the complexity of each order.

What is our Replacement Guarantee*?

As fellow book lovers, we know the hassle of handing over hard-earned cash only to receive less-than-stellar books. That's why we've developed our own custom book-sorting processes to give you a quality and consistent product, every time.

𝑹𝒆𝒑𝒍𝒂𝒄𝒆𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝑮𝒖𝒂𝒓𝒂𝒏𝒕𝒆𝒆* - If any of our books do not meet our stringent quality guidelines, we will replace them free of charge.

𝑷𝒉𝒐𝒕𝒐 𝑹𝒆𝒒𝒖𝒊𝒓𝒆𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒔 - If you are requesting replacement books, we will require photo evidence of the damage. Failure to provide photos will result in auto-rejection of request.

(* = applies only to BULK Books by Color listings; orders over 3 feet of a color may have duplicates depending on color choice.)

How does our Replacement Guarantee work?

Message us! Limit 1 replacement request per order, max 10 books. Requests must be placed 𝒘𝒊𝒕𝒉𝒊𝒏 𝟑𝟎 𝒅𝒂𝒚𝒔 of receiving the order.

Our free replacement service will replace the following problems in an order:
☑ Heavily Damaged Exterior
☑ Heavy water damage or soiling
☑ Duplicate book within order
☑ Incorrect Color

We do 𝑵𝑶𝑻 replace books if they:
☒ Not age appropriate*
☒ Customer does not like book or it's contents*
☒ "Outdated" books (we grade by condition, not when it was written)
☒ Normal use wear/tear (these books are used not new, minor wear and use is expected)
*= books for orders are chosen at random

Only our 𝐁𝐮𝐥𝐤 𝐁𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐬 𝐛𝐲 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐫 listings are eligible for our Replacement Guarantee.

My package(s) is missing, what do I do?

If your order has not arrived and it has been more than 5 business days since your order was marked as delivered or since the indicated delivery date on your tracking, please send us a message.

Orders with multiple packages may arrive at different times/days depending on the mail carrier. If part of your order is missing, please message us and 𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐝𝐞 𝐩𝐡𝐨𝐭𝐨𝐬 of the shipping labels, and/or packing slips on the inside flap of box, for each package you have received. List any products or items you have not received too.

If you were sent an empty box, please message us and 𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐝𝐞 𝐩𝐡𝐨𝐭𝐨𝐬 of the box and any notes from USPS/UPS indicating that the box was opened, if they exist.
