Please aim to make your Paypal Payments within the first 24 hours of purchase. Contact me straight away if you have any questions and/or issues. If it is an ECheque I will wait the 3-5 working days for it to clear before shipping.

I aim to make at least 2 trips a week to the post office. I make an effort to ship all orders ASAP. I send prints standard 1st class so international orders can take anything up to 1-2 weeks to arrive. If you have deadlines to meet let me know and I'll do my best to meet them but do take into consideration the length of time international orders can be. If you wish to pay extra for recorded or speedy delivery, contact me before purchase and I will make a new 'listing' with the altered postage costs just for you.

**If (fingers crossed this never happens) your order does not reach you contact me and I will try to rectify the problem by sending another print or offering you a refund**

**ADDRESSES: please ensure your address logged in your etsy account matches your paypal account, or contact me to tell me an updated address. If it doesn't, I go by PAYPAL accounts. SO make sure this piece of information is up to date**
