black pacha is the artistic collaboration between Siobhan and Juan Jose Chazarreta. We approach each piece as a uniqe artwork and all pieces are one -off's.

Every stage of our process is done by us and by hand; from the designing stages through to the final polishing. We hand collect all our materials on our travels; making a personal connection with the place, people and energy each stone, seed or fossil comes from. These personal experiences influence our designing stages.

We use only genuine 925 sterling silver and purchace this from A&E metals in Sydney Australia. This merchant is 100% recycled; this means that all of thier silver is sourced from existing supplies and no new mining has been involved with their process.
We believe the objects you wear should enhance your life, both physically and spritually. We want all of our pieces to go with that special someone who has made that intimate connection with it.

We love all our works and package them with extreme care.

When posted in Australia and for some reason the item is damaged on arrival we have included insurance on your postage and you will be able to claim a refund through Australia Post.

We can not be responsible for damage or loss incured by international postage. We
strongly recommend you add on insurance to your item for your security and piece of mind.

If you change your mind on an item we will issue you with shop credit on the return of the item. The buyer needs to contact us within 7 days of recieving the item and let us know the problem.The item needs to be in original condition, unused and in the
original packaging. Return postage needs to include insurance and is the responsibility of the buyer ; the credit will not include any postage amounts or Etsy fees.
The perferred payment method is through Paypal. To use this method it is not necessary to have a Paypal account, this is a secure site where you can use your credit cards to make the purchace with confidence.

If this is impossible for you and you would like to discuss an alternative payment method please contact us and we will sort somthing out.
All orders will be shipped within 3 days from payment.

We will post to the address given by Etsy, if you need an alternate address please contact us at checkout.

Orders within Australia will be shipped with Registered Post. We will also include insurance for your item at no cost to you.

All international orders will be sent by air mail. For your peace of mind we recommend you take out insurance on your item. The cost of this will be an extra $9.60 for the first $100 plus $2.50 for every additional $100 or part thereof. Please let us know at checkout and we will upgrade this service.

We take no responsibility for international customs regulations( i.e works which contain seeds could be an issue) and it is up to the buyer to understand these before purchasing an item.
Any extra costs incured at the buyers customs is the responsibility of the buyer.

All non-native seeds that are in our works have been treated by Sydney customs when we brought them into Australia.
