Due to the nature of vintage clothing, the sales of any and all vintage pieces are final. That being said, customer satisfaction is my first priority. If I have misrepresented an item in any way, please feel free to contact me upon receiving it and I will be happy to work with you to sort out the situation. That being said, I always do my best to accurately represent any items I am selling.

On the rare occasion when something is sent back to me I will issue a full refund of the sale price minus a $5 restocking fee. I will not issue a refund for shipping unless I have grossly misrepresented an item.

Payment is required immediately upon purchase of any item. If you have a reserved listing, payment is expected by the agreed-upon time. If payment is not received at the time of purchase and no effort is made by the buyer to contact me, the item will be relisted. Please do not purchase any item unless you intend to pay for it in full at the time of purchase.

I do understand that there are certain extenuating circumstances which can affect things such as immediate payment. If you are having trouble with Paypal or are experiencing aforementioned extenuating circumstances, please contact me immediately. If no effort is made to contact me, the sale will be canceled and the item will be re-listed.

Your item(s) will be shipped no later than 3 days after payment is received and cleared via Paypal unless otherwise stated. I normally ship via USPS and am happy to combine shipping to make life easier and less expensive for you. I am also happy to offer any other services (expedited shipping, insurance, etc.) for an additional fee, as well as to ship by any other service (FedEx, UPS, etc.) for the appropriate cost determined by the chosen service. Please notify me upon purchasing any item(s) if you have any specific requests for shipping that differ from the standard USPS service provided in the listing and I will happily oblige and send an updated Paypal invoice to include the updated shipping costs.

Unless otherwise stated, the vintage items that I find will be sent unwashed. This will allow me to keep the price of my items more affordable for you (for example, instead of paying for the item(s), shipping and cleaning costs, you will pay for the item(s) plus shipping costs, and in most cases you will be able to clean the item(s) yourself by hand or at your local, trusted dry-cleaner). Some items will need to breathe after being packaged and sent.

I will never, EVER intentionally misrepresent the condition of any item I sell.

Please take note of the measurements included in my listings. I always take any and all given measurements while a garment is lying flat. If you're unsure of how measurements are taken, read below:

-Length will vary depending on the type of garment that is listed, and the specifics of the measurement (i.e. collar to hem, inseam, etc.) will be stated in the listing.
-Bust is the measurement taken from armpit to armpit across the chest while the garment is lying flat.
-Sleeve length will be measured from the top of the shoulder seam to the cuff of the sleeve.
