Unless otherwise noted, the item is ready to be shipped as soon as payment is received. Items will be shipped with the USPS, flat rate priority mail, to the address as listed on Etsy unless you stipulate otherwise. If you would like to add insurance or delivery confirmation, please let me know and I will be more than happy to find out the additional cost involved.
Refunds and Exchanges

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please notify me within three days of receiving your package and I will be happy to refund the cost of your order (price of item)or I will exchange the item, issue a refund, or provide store credit (your choice). However, the shipping fee will not be refunded and return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. I ask that items be returned in the same condition they were received (unworn, no perfume, etc) in a timely manner (please ship back within 7 days of receiving your item).I refund via PayPal.

•It is very uncommon, but sometimes an item can get lost in the mail, in this case, I will assume ALL the responsibility myself and refund you in total. After proof of lost package (can take up to 2 months).
