I haven't set up direct checkout yet, I usually wait till they get the bugs out of new stuff like that and make sure it is secure and safe. Please use Paypal for now, I've never had problems with it and there is an option to pay with a credit card even if you don't have an account.
Lost Packages; We keep VERY detailed records of our production and shipping and do not assume ANY responsibility for lost packages. We do offer tracking (at extra cost) and we have been known to replace lost items IF it is clear that the item was honestly lost, but we are NOT obligated to do so.
