The best, the first and the finest Gothic clothing store on etsy, buy the original not the copy. Nobody likes cheap bread, don't be a cheap bread buyer.

Since 2020 we've been providing original and unique alternative, emo, punk a d goth clothing at the lowest possible prices we can offer and will continue to do this into the future.

Since the launch of Black Sorrow the store on etsy has snowballed into a full fledged brand, and quickly needed expanding. So a dedicated website was produced, the website ( now runs alongside the etsy store, to provide the customers "YOU" with even better prices, by cutting out the middle man, that is etsy.

Can you change the Address for me?

No, although it is very simple to change the address, i refuse to do this, to help protect YOUR account from fraudulent use.

If your address needs changing just send me a message and I'll cancel the order for you so you can re-order, with the correct address

Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Because of the nature of our products to be eligible for a refund/exchange only orders that arrive faulty or damaged can be accepted. we do not accept refunds if you change your mind or the garment does not fit so please be sure to check the sizing. photogenic proof is required for all returns/exchanges.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products including products made on demand (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Tracking not updating

If your tracking isn't updating on etsy you can try using with the tracking number provided on your order.

We are aware of this problem, currently the etsy tracking system doesn't support all courier tracking numbers and does not update for the origin courier we use.
All our orders are provided with the tracking number for the final destination courier for your country (usps, Royal mail etc..)
This tracking won't update untill your parcel is scanned by them.
