What is your current production time?
Thanks for understanding that because of my affordable prices, by shop does get very busy. Production time varies by season, and are only an estimate. Most orders ship between 2-3 weeks, but some may need longer depending the amount of orders in line before you. If you need your wedding veil delivered in less than 4 weeks, please purchase a rush order to move your order to the front of my production line and in front of all brides waiting. Rush order will ship in 2-7 business days.
What is your return policy?
Please choose your item carefully prior to placing your order. All of the products are handmade with the utmost care and Blanca Veils stands behind the quality of our work and products. I want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase! After all, your wedding only happens once.
Because of the handmade nature of each item, returns/exchanges are not accepted do to wrong color choice for your dress.
Please confirm your lace choice and veil color before ordering by requesting a swatch packet or message me for help deciding on the perfect color.
Returns are not accepted for veil length, lace changes or style changes. Please measure before ordering or ask me for help. However, alterations can be made to most wedding veils for a small fee.

Can I choose any lace from your store?
Yes, just leave your request in your checkout order notes for any custom lace request. I will make sure your veil is made with the lace of your choice.

What color veil do I need?
I do not give recommendation on colors as its always too risky to guess from your photos. I do love seeing your dresses though but need you to purchase a swatch packet to ensure the correct color veil will be purchased. Follow this link:

Not sure what lace I need for my veil? Can you help?
I cant tell you exactly which lace you need for your veil. However, Ive hand selected all of my laces to match almost any wedding gown! You just need to decide on the overall width of your lace and the accents.
