I ship most orders with first class mail because of its reasonable price and delivery time, which is relatively short. Estimates are as follows:

- countries outside of Europe: 7-20 working days.
- countries in Europe: 4-7 working days.
- Poland: 1-4 working days.

Please, remember that these are only estimates and your delivery time may be slightly different, especially during the busy holiday period or when customs control occurs. If you are worried about your shipment, you can contact me at any time.

On request I can ship your order with courier. It has a guaranteed delivery time but is a few times more expensive. This is why I recommend it for large and wholesale orders.

Every order I send has a tracking number. After dispatch, I include it in the order record. If you live in a country where shipment tracking is supported, you will be able to track your order with this number. Unfortunately, carriers in some countries do not offer tracking as a standard option or do not support tracking for shipments from Poland.

Due to its antistatic properties wool does not absorb dirt and dust easily. Therefore it does not have to be cleaned as often as other materials. Many of my products can be dry cleaned or hand washed but some items may need gentler cleaning, e.g. using a damp sponge, vacuum cleaner or compressed air. Please, visit specific product page for detailed instructions. I also enclose these tips with my products upon shipping. This way you can take a quick peek at them anytime.

I use only superfine merino wool with fibers diameter of 18 microns. This wool is soft and delicate and its touch is completely unlike the touch of grandma’s sweater. Of course, these are my own impressions and your personal feeling may depend on the sensitivity of your skin.

I usually specify composition of my products and most of them consist only of natural materials. To make sure that the use of a specific product is safe for you, please read its description carefully. If you can not determine whether you are allergic to one of my products, you can contact me for more details or purchase something really small of similar composition and try it out. Generally speaking, products made of merino wool have antiallergic properties. It is because of the lanolin which is a natural dust cap and barrier against bacteria and mites.

Many of my products have built-in color options, so you can choose colors from the color chart. If you do not see it on the product page, then the possibility of making the product in a different color depends on its composition. If the product consists only of colored wool, I can replace one color with another easily. Otherwise, e.g. if it is made of hand dyed wool or unique silk fabric, it may be impossible to obtain similar shades and patterns in a different color palette. However, you need to know a few things before you decide to place a custom order in my shop. Firstly, as these orders require a lot of commitment and creativity, they are paid upfront. Secondly, because I need to use my materials and spend some time to complete them, they also cannot be refunded. This also means you cannot return the item made specifically for you.
