    Cosas Minimas by Blanca Gómez

    Hi! I’m Blanca Gómez, an illustrator living and working in Madrid, Spain.
    I started doing illustrations for my mother when I was a kid; now I make illustrations for children books, my own shop catalogue (which you can see here!), for clients around the world, and of course, sometimes for my mom too.

    I opened this Etsy shop in 2008, when I decided to leave the design company I was working for, and since then it has been a great adventure to send my prints to clients all over the world, from Japan to Tierra del Fuego.

    All products are created by me, with heaps of love in my Madrid Studio

    Accepts Etsy Gift Cards and Etsy Credits
    Returns and exchanges
    I gladly accept returns and exchanges
    Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
    Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
    I don't accept cancellations
    But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
    The following items can't be returned or exchanged
    Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
    • Custom or personalized orders
    • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
    • Digital downloads
    • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

    I am glad to refund or exchange your item if you are not happy with it.

    I accept Paypal. Please note that you can pay with any credit or debit card through PayPal and you don't need to have a PayPal account.
    Shipping
    I usually ship within 3 working days. I will email you on the day of posting to let you know your order has been shipped. Your order will be shipped from Spain.

    As of now, shipping can be upgraded when purchasing items. Tracked option is shipped using First-Class International Service which gives tracking information on the package

    to the rest of the world: 6-8 working days, depending on destination country.
