Standard Delivery -
It is managed by the DHL GlobalMail service. DHL picks the package up and then it is delivered by your country's Postal Service
Estimated delivery times:
Europe: 3-6 working days, but may suffer delays due to safety measures, up to three or four weeks. UK destinations may expect longer times.
USA and Canada: 5-9 working days but may suffer delays due to safety measures, up to four to five weeks.
ROW: 6-12 working days, but WILL VERY LIKELY SUFFER DELAYS, up to six to eight weeks.
The order will be handled by DHL and Deutsche Post and then by your National Postal Service. Please check your Postal Service tracking website for updated information.
Please also check with your local Post office if there's any special measure
regarding your postcode area that may further increase delivery times.
URGENT Delivery (DHL Express)-

to Europe: 2-5 working days. May suffer small delays. UK destinations may expect increased times
to the rest of the world: 4-7 working days. May suffer small delays. Deliveries to Australia and New Zealand May expect 10 working days.
The majority of items will arrive well within this time frame but occasionally they can take longer especially if they are held up in customs.
Items are shipped via DHL Express. Please take into account that a phone number is required.
