~About Me~
☆ I love crafting, jewellery making, drawing, pottery, pretty much messing about creatively

☆ I like rescuing earthworms that come out when it rains and end up on the pavement.

☆ I don't kill spiders, or bees or wasps or moths... all insect and aracnid life is safely removed when it appears in our home. fear sure never be a reason to kill another life

☆ I rescue animals (birds, hedgehogs, frogs, even a ferret), I have been doing it for many years and even have a rescue kit in my car

☆ I watch the birds (and squirrels) in my garden, it is one of the best past times

☆ I like helping people which is why I spend time in the forums

☆ I also like to sing....badly....and out of tune, but (almost) always on my own... though sometimes my partner has to suffer my singing

☆ Movies are good too, I like action, sci-fi, thriller, fantasy and crime

☆ I started this shop to allow my creativity out as work was keeping it locked up

☆ I am a deep introvert and like own space. I am not very social as I prefer my own company and am happy with that.

~Shop~
I started this shop after I dug out a jewellery making kit I'd had for years. At the time I was feeling bored and under-challenged in my work life. Despite coming from a crafty family I felt that piece of myself had been lost when I moved out.

I practiced with tools, broke many jump rings, chased stray beads under the table and fought the cats for space! Finally I claimed a room free from my cats, organised it (reorganised it and reorganised it again) into a craft room / study.

Lo! The shop burst into existence! I love interacting with my customers as well as other sellers. I am happy to attempt custom pieces when requested. I work hard on my customer service and am pleased that everyone has always been so patient especially as I am (mostly) only able to ship once or twice a week due to work commitments.

My jewellery is mostly Pagan-inspired and mythology-inspired however I have so many charms, for those who don't follow the path I can easily switch out the more "witchy" charms for something different.

~Home~
My home is pet-friendly and smoke free. While none of my animals are permitted into my craft room where the items are made and packed I do want to make all my buyers / potential buyers aware in case of allergies.

Cat hair especially has a habit of hitching a ride on our clothing so do please take this into consideration if you have allergies.

~Future~
I have plans to add new lines to the store and see how that goes. I think I will enjoy the next step in this journey.

~ ☆ ~ ABOUT HANDMADE ~ ☆ ~
When things are handmade, especially such items as pottery, these can often mean that no two items are identical as there will be slight variations. This allows for awesome uniqueness so do enjoy that.

For items of jewellery I use a lot of gemstone beads, these also come with their own variance in shade, patterning again especially on Made To Order items. So just be aware :)

Returns and exchange details

I always hope you are happy with your purchase. However if you are not satisfied for whatever reason in accordance with the EU Distance-selling law you must contact me within 14 days of receipt.

ALWAYS contact me before returning any item. A returns number will be supplied. I will then need you to confirm to me the date you shipped the item back.

ALWAYS include the words RETURNED UK MERCHANDISE on the front of the package so it gets through customs.

Refunds will be give within 14 days of me receiving the goods back or receiving evidence that the item(s) were shipped back to me.

Exemptions to the above:
* This rule does NOT apply to custom made items.
* This rule does NOT apply to digital items

The cost of shipping the item back to me (unless the item was damaged or faulty) is the responsibility of the buyer and this will not be refunded. The original shipping cost of sending the item out will not be refunded (unless the item was damaged or faulty)

Please note items will need to be returned to me, in their original packaging and in the original condition (not used, worn or damaged) for me to issue a refund.

No returns accepted after 14 days from receipt of goods.

Should an item be returned for non-delivery due to buyer providing wrong shipping address; order will be cancelled and partial refund given for purchase price of items only (no refund on original shipping charges). As stated earlier, it's the responsibility of the buyer to provide the correct shipping address at time of purchase.

All refunds are issued in the same method they were received - so if you paid by paypal the refund will be via paypal.

All care and consideration is taken when items are packed. They are all checked before being wrapped securely for dispatch.

However should your item(s) arrive damaged, please contact me immediately. I will require photographs of the items damage and the box/envelope (this is for claim purposes).

I may request that the item is returned to me - if so, once the item is received I will refund the original item cost including the shipping as well as reimbursing you for the cost of returning the item.

I cannot give refunds without photographic proof of the damage to the item and photos of the box/packaging. Please do not throw any of it away until everything has been resolved.

Please contact me about any damage within 14 days of receipt of goods.

Please note refunds or exchanges are only given for items damaged in transit. I cannot refund or replace items that have been damaged due to rough handling or dropping.

If you know an item was delivered and failed to properly secure it I will not be held responsible should item be stolen from your front door, porch, mailbox or other common area of delivery by carrier.

If you would prefer to exchange the piece rather than have a refund for the item you are unhappy with, I can accommodate this within the same 14 days (UK / Europe) or 20 days (international).

However the item must be of the same or less value as the one purchased. If the exchange piece is of less value, the difference will be refunded or a coupon offered for the difference in value. If it is more, the difference must be paid by the buyer before I can send the new item.

If you are not sure what item you want to exchange, I can offer you a store credit coupon for the value of the returning item.

As sellers we cannot know all the different customs/duties charges for each country. It is the buyers responsibility to make themselves familiar with their own countries import laws.

Any customs fees, taxes, duties, tariffs etc that you might incur at the time of delivery would be at the discretion of your own country's tax regulations and are collected by your own country.

I cannot pay for these charges nor refund you for them, legally you are the importer and are responsible for any custom/tax or duty fees that your country charge

Please make sure you check with your local customs agency if you want more information before placing an order. Always make sure you are aware of any import laws and charges you may incur before ordering.

If you decide not to pay them, your item should be returned to me via the return address I put on all parcels. Please note I will only be able to issue you a refund (for the ITEM price only) once the parcel is back with me. Please understand that this can take a few months.

All parcels are checked by me before being well wrapped. All items come from a smoke-free house (though we do have pets)

I do tend to use a mix of new materials and recycled / cannibalised packaging. So I may reuse envelopes, boxes and packaging material as long as it is "fit for purpose". This means the outer packaging can sometimes look a little messy but all due care is taken to ensure the goods arrive safely.

If however you only prefer a brand new box/envelope etc please do let me know when you place your order.

With pottery, I will state if it is waterproof/dishwasher safe. If you are unsure about anything, please ask.

If you require a custom made item by a certain day as a present for example, please send me a conversation in the first instance to check that the item can be made and shipped within the allotted time frame. Chasing me after the fact is a pressure I would rather not suddenly have.

Also, once an item has been shipped I no longer have any control over it. In this case I cannot give any guarantees for when it will arrive. It is always better to order an item from me in good time to allow for unforeseen circumstances in transport.

Before the final custom order is made it will need to be ordered and paid for in full. I do not offer refunds on custom made items.

All costs incurred when custom orders are changed will be passed to the buyer.

Please note that all my items are made in a smoke-free house (or pottery studio).

For those with allergies please note we are a pet-friendly house with four cats and a budgie.

However while none of these animals are permitted in the craft room where the items are made (and certainly not permitted to try on any of the merchandise!) the odd cat hair and sneaky bird feather can cling to me and be taken into the craft room.

If I am aware the items are Nickel and/or Lead Free I will state that in the listing, if I am unsure I will not include that details so assume they may have it.

Information That I Collect

So that I may fulfil your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorised Etsy to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering.

You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information (eg: for a custom order), if you contact me directly or use the contact seller note on the order.
I rely on a number of legal bases to collect, use, and share your information, including:

- as needed to provide my services, such as when using your information to fulfil your order, to settle any disputes, or to provide customer support;

- if necessary to comply with a legal obligation or court order or in connection with a legal claim, such as retaining information about your purchases if required by tax law; and

- as necessary for the purpose of my legitimate interests, if those legitimate interests are not overridden by your rights or interests, such as 1) providing and improving my services. I use your information to provide the services you requested and in my legitimate interest to improve my services; and 2) Compliance with the Etsy Seller Policy and Terms of Use. I use your information as necessary to comply with my obligations under the Etsy Seller Policy and Terms of Use.

Please note I have no access to your payment data, I am only notified of the method used and that an order has been received.

Sharing and Disclosure of Information

I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, listed below:

- With Etsy - I share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.

- With Service providers - I engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to my shop, such as delivery companies. I will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.

- With business transfers – in the unlikely event that I ever sell or merge my business, I may disclose your information as part of that transaction, only to the extent permitted by law.

- To comply with laws - I may collect, use, retain, and share your information if I have a good faith belief that it is reasonably necessary to: (a) respond to legal process or to government requests; (b) enforce my agreements, terms and policies; (c) prevent, investigate, and address fraud and other illegal activity, security, or technical issues; or (d) protect the rights, property, and safety of my customers, or others.

Custom and personalised orders

I am happy to work with you in order to create a more customised piece that suits your needs. Feel free to drop me a convo message on Etsy regarding what you are looking for and I will do what I can to assist. :)

Please note I currently do not offer any gift wrapping services.

Shipping details

Items are shipped:

UK - sent 2nd class signed (takes roughly 3-5 working days)

International - Standard international (takes roughly 10-15 working days)

In the rare event that your item does not show up within the above times, please be patient. An item is not considered lost by the postal service until 8 weeks.

Date needed by: If you need an item by a certain date, please inform me early so we can discuss options.

Marked as gift: This is for gift receipts. Please note if you are outside the UK, I must, by law, include a customs form with the item amount listed on the outside of the package and an invoice taped to the front. So cannot fulfill this request.

Customs: I won't mark any item as gift on a customs form, as this is illegal.

Care Instructions: Will the jewellery tarnish?

All silver (including sterling silver and silver-plated) reacts to chemicals in the air, that causes tarnishing.

Some things can accelerate tarnishing such as contact with tap water, perfumes, hair sprays, even oils from the skin etc

While tarnishing is a natural process that cannot be prevented, it can be slowed down.

Put your jewellery on after you have applied makeup/perfume rather than before.

Also, make sure you store your jewellery in a way that limits its exposure to air and humidity. Put your silver jewellery items in sealed bags that close tightly and keep out of direct sunlight when not wearing them.

Avoid contact with water, do not wear jewellery in shower, bath, or while swimming.

Take care when putting on or taking off

Pottery: Can I get a custom pottery piece?

Unfortunately, I am no longer attending a pottery studio so will not be making any further pottery pieces in the near future.

All pottery pieces listed are the remaining pieces I have.

Once I am able to restart visiting a pottery studio, I will take custom pottery orders. When that happens I will amend this answer to confirm but until then, I cannot make custom pottery pieces.

Returns

If you are not satisfied for whatever reason in accordance with the EU Distance-selling law you must contact me within 14 days of receipt.

You must contact me before returning the item as a returns number will be supplied. Items must be returned within 10 days of issuing the returns number.

ALWAYS include "RETURNED UK MERCHANDISE" on the front of package so it clears customs. Once I have received the item back I will issue a refund (less shipping costs).

Cost of return postage is covered by buyer & not refunded

Refunds will be give within 14 days of me receiving goods back or receiving evidence that the item(s) were shipped back.

Item must be returned undamaged & in original packaging if possible along with any free gift if supplied.

Damaged in transit

If you receive your item damaged, please take a photograph of the damage and of the packaging immediately and send them to me.

Please keep all packaging until I confirm this can be discarded (it may be necessary when making a claim.)

I can then send you either a replacement item (if applicable) or a refund (incl. shipping). You would need to confirm which you require.

If I don't hear from you after 5 days, I will just send a refund.

Refunds: Non-Refundable items

Please note the following items are non-refundable:

* Stud-earrings
* Downloadable items

Fishhook earrings can be exchanged as the earwires can be replaced.

About Marked as Gift

To mark an item as gift means you do not want an invoice included. However for my international orders, i legally have to include an invoice on the front of the packet and also list the item cost on the customs forms. Apologies for any inconvenience
