The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
If your item has been personalized, we cannot accept a return or exchange for your order unless we have made an error in personalizing your product.

If Items are damage in transit, have a manufacturing defect, or are missing from the shipment you must contact us within 4 business days from date of delivery and we will provide you with a refund (shipping fee not refundable) or re-make and re-send your order after proof of defect is received via photo or return.

Exchanges must include your order number long with any original tags or packaging.

If a refund is given, it will only be given in the same way that the customer originally paid. This includes those that check out as "guests" on PayPal with their debit/credit card. It is your responsibility to create a PayPal account to obtain your refund if you did check out as a “guest”.

Some of the products are double sided so there are seams which can not be printed based on our process. Also during the printing process some mug designs may be slightly off due to the curve of the cup, and small bleed outs in the bottom of the print may show up due to the cup not being perfectly flat, these items are not defective and are not refundable.
This shop accepts payments by PayPal, any major credit card, Money Order or Etsy gift card. Order is not processed until full payment is received.

Once your items have been approved and sent to production, we are unable to make modifications or cancel your order. If we have not begun to make your order, we will refund your order total minus $4 for each item designed.
We ship orders out as quick as possible here, so once you approve your order it gets scheduled into production and therefore once you approve there's a slim chance of you being able to make changes after that. If you need expedited shipping let us know and additional shipping charges will be applied.

All our products ship out of our shop within 7 business days of placing the order or 1-3 business days after proof approval.

Shipping times vary per location and type of shipping requested, usually within the United States you will receive your package once it ships out of our shop within 1-7 days. Outside the US the shipping times vary.

Once the shipping carrier picks up your package from our shop we are not responsible for extra long delivery time, lost packages or damage to the product. All our products ship out of our shop insured, if for any reason your product arrives damaged, or missing please contact us, we will gather the proper proof required, and will file a claim with the shipping carrier.

We cannot be responsible for lost international packages or any custom fees involved in international deliveries.

We offer bulk discounts on all our products, just ask.

Occasionally some items may look a bit off centered or slightly not straight after printing, the product is not defective in any way and therefore not refundable. Please remember that each item is handmade to order. There will be variations in each item as they are one of a kind, made for you.

If design details requested in item description are not provided, your item will be produced using the most popular options or default options as shown.

Upon request, proofs are available for any product in our shop. Proofs are emailed within 1-3 business days after purchase has been made. (Unfortunately, I'm not able to provide digital proofs prior to purchase.) Proofs must be requested in the notes to seller when the order is placed. Proofs for custom orders and multiple proofs may require an additional charge. Orders with a request for a proof will have a longer turnaround time. There is a 3 proof maximum allowed per order. After 3 rounds each additional proof will be $5. If I have not received a response after 3 attempts, your order will ship to you as is on the first proof.

All proofs will come through Etsy messages. If you have a large order with a lot of different designs, we may need to email you your proof. In that case, we will email your proof to the email address linked to your Etsy account.

Since colors can not be exactly matched and computer monitors vary from computer to computer we will not return items based on that. We have taken every measure to ensure that our color charts are as accurate as possible, every device displays color differently. If color is important to you and your trying to make a color to your event or project, please contact us to purchase a sample product with all of our shop colors.

By submitting a photo/image to Blazing Graphics, you agree that you are the photographer/creator or have permission in the form of a license. Products will not be made that include copyrighted/trademarked names/images, slogans, or school/team names. You also agree to take full responsibility for any misuse of copyrighted/trademarked images and agree to not hold Blazing Graphics liable for any misuse of the images.

Photographs of your finished product may be used as examples for future sales. If you do not want your item to be photographed for future promotions, please advise when you place your order. ALL PHOTOS SHOWN ARE PROPERTIES OF BLAZING GRAPHICS AND MAY NOT BE REPRODUCED WITHOUT PERMISSION.

Blazing Graphics shall not under any circumstances, cover the replacement or cost of any electronic device or personal property inside or outside of the product. Customer assumes all risk and liability associated with the use of our products.

How do I send photos to you?

Once you place your order, send us your photos through an Etsy email. That way we can match your photos to your order.

Damaged in Shipping

We pack each item VERY securely, but in the event that your item arrives damaged, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery. Please email a photo of the damaged items and the packaging inside the box and the damage on the box, to be eligible for a free replacement made and shipped to you on rush! Please note, to receive a free rush replacement, it is imperative that you do not use the items until you have taken a picture clearly showing the damage. Please retain the packaging for 10 days, as I may ask you to return it to us or bring it to your post office for inspection to finalize an insurance claim.

Vinyl Wall Decals

Our vinyl decals are die cut from premimum sign grade vinyl that is rated for 6 years of full weather outdoor use, and lifetime interior use. The vinyl decals look fantastic, providing a stencil painted look on your wall without the mess.

Because vinyl decals are custom made in your size and color we cannot offer returns. Vinyl decals can become damaged during installation if handled improperly. If you did not get instructions, are having trouble installing a decal, or are unsure of your ability to install one, (normally larger ones require experience or an extra hand) please stop installation and contact us. Any local sign professional can install these with ease - we cannot be responsible if the decal is damaged during installation.
