Shipping: USPS Retail Ground, Priority Mail, First Class, Media Mail, and UPS Ground. ALL shipments come with tracking and for items over $10.00 insurance. It is my responsibility as the seller to make sure your package arrives safely.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS: I will be more than happy to give a shipping quote on any item of interest. CUSTOMS FORMS: I will not falsify any information on the Customs Declaration/Insurance form. Customs forms are marked "merchandise" and the correct value of the contents is listed. It is up to each buyer to know the Customs regulations and charges for their country. We do not pay Customs fees.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refund issued. Sale canceled.
General refund: Please make contact as soon as possible regarding your desire for a refund. Repackage the item (s) in a secure manor and return within 5 days. Please provide tracking number. Once the item (s) has been received in the original condition, a refund will be issued. Return shipping charges will be reimbursed for items not meeting the original sale copy. Change-of-mind return shipping will not Be reimbursed.
Additional policies and FAQs
- If your item has been damaged in shipment, please contact me as soon as possible upon receipt of damaged item (s).
- PLEASE KEEP THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING in case the shipper wants to inspect it.
- You will have to provide me photos of the damaged item (s) as an attachment to email to me. I use these photos as proof of damage. They are uploaded to the carriers website with the claim form. Please make sure the photos are in focus.
For LOSS or THEFT of a package through the Postal Service there is typically a wait period of 30 - 45 days before a claim can be submitted.
